Charles Papineau started working in the food industry at the age of 17 and at 23, he put on his chef’s apron for the first time. Passionate about gourmet cuisine, local products and a born epicure, he has cooked in famous Québec kitchens.
Now, he uses his vast culinary knowledge and passion for flavours to create the SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie menu and prepare modern and delicious dishes.
At 18 years old, while he was studying, Jean-René Lebel landed a bartending job. He had no idea at the time, but this was the beginning of a lasting relationship between him and his shaker. Jean-René developed a deep interest in the art of cocktails and mixology.
Now, with 12 years of bartending experience, he aims to make every sip a unique voyage: A new flavour, a new mix, a new destination. His passion and creativity are responsible for several cocktails offered at SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie.
